Erection and commissioning
Our engineer assists with installation, wiring, calibration, commissioning and load trials, and runs the first few batches with your team.
Operator training
Your operator is trained on the control panel, daily checks, routine maintenance and safe operation before our engineer leaves the site.
Breakdown service
Call the service desk with the plant model and the fault. We diagnose on the phone first, and send an engineer to site when it is needed.
Calibration
Load cells, water and admixture dosing and the PLC panel are checked and recalibrated so every batch stays on grade.
Genuine spares
Mixer arms, liners, paddles, valves and other wear parts made at our own works, so your plant does not wait on an outside supplier.
Annual maintenance
Scheduled service visits, wear-part inspection and calibration under an annual maintenance contract, planned around your project.

Call or email with the plant model, site location and what is happening.

Our engineer walks your operator through the checks and sorts out most issues on the call.

Spares or a site visit
If a part is needed it is dispatched from Ahmedabad; if a visit is needed, an engineer is scheduled.

Follow-up
We confirm the plant is back on output and note what to watch at the next service.

Our mixers are designed and built in-house, so wear parts come from the same drawings as the plant. Share the plant model and the part name and we confirm price and dispatch the same day.
